My most popular wreath at Christmas is this Nollaig Shona one!  Super for posting near or far as it's so lightweight and unbreakable too.  Very popular for the Irish abroad who love the cúpla focail!
 
Made using beautifully soft burgundy wool mix felt, each letter is cut by me and stitched on by hand.  The little robins have super sparkly red breasts and shiny black eyes.  I hand-stitch all of the accents but in this instance the snowflake buttons and eyes are glued on. Did you notice that each of the 5 snowflakes are different?  The wreath is finished with blanket stitch around the inner and outer edges.  It is packed with flame retardant fibre fill.
 
Finished with a Have Ewe Any Wool? gift tag- ready for gifting.
 
My wreaths are roughly 26cm across and a lovely plump 6cm deep.  The ribbon for hanging has a drop of 7cm approximately.  This wreath is just the right size for hanging on a door, wall or on a mirror.
