Refund Policy

Bespoke Orders can not be returned due to the personalised nature of the product as they are created just for you and can not be resold.

All other items

Exchanges and refunds must be made within 14 days of delivery, after this we refuse the right to accept a refund or exchange. It is important that the product is returned carefully, ideally in its original packaging. The products must be in perfect condition and suitable for resale.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges..... don't you just hate them?  I definitely do!  Being a tiny business, I just can't offer free postage. However, I make a conscious effort to keep my postage rates as low as possible.

 

I use the Standard Post service with An Post for posting all of my orders.  It's not a tracked service or 'signed for' but it's very reliable, affordable and has never let me down.  

 

All of my orders are wrapped in tissue paper and organza ribbon, ready for giving to someone special (or yourself!)

 

I pack all orders carefully, using flat boxes for my bows and brown paper for everything else.  I use adhesive labels to address your package and there is always a return address clearly displayed.

 

Please see table below for postage charges.  You will only be charged for postage once i.e. if you buy 2 sets of Hair Accessories, you will be charged for postage only once (€2.50 for Ireland, €3.00 for Rest of the World)

 

If, in the unlikely event, your order hasn't arrived, please contact me on emma@haveeweanywool.ie or 087 6893307 asap and I'll replace it for you straight away.
